What are these?
These are browser-based apps made with the Meta glasses display in mind. Instead of downloading a normal phone or desktop application, you visit a web address and use the app directly. The goal is to keep each app simple, readable, and convenient on a small wearable display.
How to Add a Web App to Your Glasses
Enable Developer Mode, then connect the web app through the Meta AI mobile companion app.
Enable Developer Mode
1. Open the Meta AI mobile companion app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open App Info.
4. Tap the App Version number 5 times in a row.
5. When the Developer Mode prompt appears, tap Install.
Connect a Web App
1. Go back to Settings.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Scroll all the way down.
4. Tap Connect a Web App.
5. Enter the name you want for the app.
6. Enter the web app URL.
Add Twitch Glass
For this app, use Twitch Glass as the name and paste the URL below into Connect a Web App.
You can follow the same process to try other compatible web apps: give the app a name, enter its URL, and connect it.
